The room rate $129+tax per night for two people (may be subject to change) and the owners say you can get the block rate for 3 days on each side of the event if you are interested in extending your stay. Please call the hotel as soon as you know you plan to come. Ask for the "Women’s Square Dance Rate" before August 15.
Free breakfast at hotel though policies may dictate a "grab and go" instead of a buffet.

Here are the Driving Directions and what to look for when traveling to the Bay City Community Center where we will be dancing. As Cynthia Nalbach mentioned the gps is not accurate, it had me going in circles.
* Going South Traveling from Garibaldi towards Tillamook, you will see a blinking yellow light and an intersection. To the right, the bay side, is the Fish Peddler restaurant, to the left is city hall. Take a left off highway and immediately a left again and you are there. You can identify it as the building with the mural. Park here or go around the corner for the entrance to the CC
* Going North Traveling from Tillamook on the right, you see "entering Bay City" sign about where the “Tillamook Country Smoker Factory Outlet” area is. Pass that staying on highway for a short bit to the blinking yellow light and make a right at light and then a quick left to the city hall building.
The entrance to the hall is around the corner of the mural. This is the last exit into Bay City.
