Quick answer: No.
Long answer: It would require special hardware and software. For example, you have a parallel port capable of I/O, you could tie the switch to bring a pin high or low and write software to detect that and send the appropriate message to the winamp player. It would also be potentially possible to tie the switch to joystick input, a serial input device or usb.
All of which would require a) building special purpose hardware and b) writing special purpose software.
In short... No.
However, as an alternative you might consider some of the remote control devices that come with better sound cards...thought not as convenient as the microphone button, you could at least have it with you. |
